Return and Refund Policy

At Portugal Internet, we strive to make your experience worry-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your order or service, we offer clear terms for returns and refunds to protect your rights and ensure transparency.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Portugal Internet website, including WiFi hotspot rentals, SIM card rentals, and eSIM purchases.

2. Cancellation of Orders

WiFi Hotspot & SIM Card Rentals

  • Cancelled 7 or more days before the start date - full refund.
  • Cancelled 3 to 5 days before the start date - refund depends on whether the equipment has already been shipped.
  • Cancelled less than 3 days before the start date - no refund.

Please note that shipping of rental equipment begins 3 to 5 working days before the selected pickup date.

eSIM Purchases

eSIM orders can be cancelled on the same day of purchase, provided the eSIM has not yet been installed on a device. Once the eSIM is installed, no refund is available.

To cancel an order, please email us at help@portugalinternet.com with your order number.

3. Returns for Rental Equipment

All rental equipment includes a prepaid return envelope. Customers must post the equipment by midnight on the last day of the rental period. There is no postage cost when using the provided envelope. If the prepaid return envelope is lost, or the customer leaves the country with the equipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the equipment to Portugal Internet.

4. Condition of Returned Equipment

All rental equipment must be returned in working order, allowing for normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply if the equipment is returned damaged or with missing components.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days of the cancellation request being approved. The maximum refund amount will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.

6. No Compensation Policy

Portugal Internet does not provide additional compensation beyond the refund of the amount paid. No claims for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential losses will be accepted.
