Fantastic service - we spent 7 days in Porto with a pocket wifi provided by Portugal Internet. The delivery service was excellent - it was delivered to the hotel a few days before our arrival. Good internet reception and we had no issues. Returning it was very easy as well - following the instruction, we posted it at local post office.

This hotspot was the absolute best thing used during our visit to Portugal. It worked so well everywhere! If you plan to be out all day, be sure to get the extra charger because it doesn’t have usb-c adapter. Also, don’t purchase car charger because it didn’t work in rental car (old Cigarette plug type). Only call out: pharmacy at Lisbon airport was hard to find but returning was easy to Porto in Locky box.

I have used the service multiple times and has always been perfect. Always ready to be collected from my chosen location and easy to use. I drop it off at the airport on my return to the UK which means I don’t have to go out of my way. I’ll be using the service again very soon.

Very easy to use. I would recommend it. However, the device ran out of battery very quickly and had to stay on the charger all day, otherwise it would not fully charge. It also had to be switched off at night, because otherwise it was already empty again in the morning, even though it had not been used.

I have used the service several times now and have never encountered a problem. The Whats-app chat is the quickest and best way to converse.

The wifi hotspot works well for a reasonable price. However if you are going to Madeira you can not collect at the airport & do not expect to receive it on the day you specify delivery for.

Portugal internet's mobile wi-fi was easy to use and provided high-speed internet wherever we travelled in Portugal. It was waiting for us at the hotel counter when we checked in and was as easy to send back at the end of our trip. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Miguel at Portugal Internet from the point of order to receiving the mobile router. I needed to change the delivery details after ordering and Miguel was so helpful and accommodating. Really pleased with the mobile router as well. The signal strength / speed is far superior to the broadband in the apartment we've rented which as we're here for a few weeks would have caused me an issue.

The WiFi egg was very easy to book on their website and the communication with their team via email was quick, helpful and responsive! Will book in the future if needed!

I have been using a wireless Portugal internet for several years now and had 100% perfect service. I am a British owner in Portugal and my apartment is used and rented out 2-3 months a year. It is cheaper to book the internet box for that time than pay for a years contract elsewhere.

So Nice I used them twice! The device has been delivered to my hotel successfully two years, first in Lisbon and the following year in Porto. Our coverage signal was strong and reliable throughout our travel (Coimbra, Braga, Lousã, Nazaré, Ventosa, Gerês, Mire de Tibães) cities large and small we were covered in them all. Booking and returns could not be easier, 10/10 would recommend to family, friends and strangers alike.

The unit was delivered to the hotel we stayed overnight at, on our drive from Spain to the Algarve. We switched the unit on and had good, uninterrupted internet, able to stream films, connect to social media for our entire stay. On the drive back to Spain we popped the unit in the provided prepaid return envelope, and asked the hotel reception to post it for us. Great service, great connectivity, and great value. We will definitely be using Portugal Internet again.

This was a fantastic experience! The device was waiting for me at the first hotel, and this connection instructions were easy to follow. It would last all day - it sometimes went into sleep mode but it was easy to wake up. It saved me over $100 in cell phone charges over my 2 week trip. We love renting out wifi hot spot. It works fabulous! We having rented 6-7 times, and never an issue. Pick-up/drop off is simple. All our devices can hook up, plus any guest we have come can also hook up. Charge at night, put it in purse/backpack next day and connection wherever we go. Part of our travel now!

Great experience overall. The portable WIFI device was shipped directly to the hotel we started our holidays at and got there before we checked in. We traveled all around Portugal, even to Madeira, and the signal speeds were strong and supported multiple devices linked to it. Battery life is about 6 hours. Last year when we had to leave early and sent the dongle back, they phoned us to ask if there was a problem and automatically refunded us. Excellent product. I do recommend having a power pack or extra battery or if you don’t have anywhere to charge it, if you’re travelling with children that have devices. I found that the battery power was down to about 15% by around 6 pm.

Above and beyond, really. there where issues with the delivery due to incompetence and bad communication on the part of the courier company, but Miguel was super helpful in coming up with solutions. The product is also very good. Fast mobile internet and stable wifi. I clocked a steady 75 mb/s dl and 35 mb/s ul speeds consistantly, with low latency, and the wifi network could handle our many devices easily. 10/10 would recommend

I highly recommend this. It was very economical for unlimited internet with multiple devices. Much better than multiple roaming plans. Easy pick up at the airport, and simply drop it in the mail in the prepaid envelope when we left. My only recommendation is to bring a power bank with you or rent one, so that the device doesn't run out of power during the day.

We rented a portable internet hotspot from Portugal Internet and it was a savior. Easy pickup. Even easier returns. Most importantly, I had (mostly) reliable internet all across Europe. Battery lasted all day regardless of how much we used it, just had to leave it charging overnight. There were some areas where download speed dipped to about 5mbps, but most often it was between 15-25mbps which was sufficient for our needs. Will use again next time I'm in Portugal for sure.

We spent 6 weeks in Portugal recently and there was no Wi-Fi in our apartment. So we used Portugal internet’s device and it was absolutely fantastic. Great speed and very flexible. Also very efficient collection and return arrangements. Highly recommend if you need fast efficient flexible Wi-Fi while in Portugal.

Very convenient, no data limits, worked in most places except when underneath a structure or far away places, easy pickup and drop off at the airport. A minor inconvenience was the charge on the device wouldn’t last the whole day, I had to carry a power bank to charge the device, and the device arrived with the battery depleted. Overall it was excellent.

This was our second time using this service and it was just as great at the first time. We paid for the additional service to have internet as we went into Spain for a few days and it worked perfectly. The only issue I had was with the post office pick up and drop off - they required a code to pick up and also wanted me to pay for postage at the end even though the return was prepaid. Other than this issue, everything was great and will use again!

Spent 2 weeks in Portugal and had unlimited internet right from pick up at airport till drop off for 56 euros ( 84 CND) This would have cost 224 CND had I used my international data plan. Wifi was always exceptional. The device will go into sleep mode if it’s not being utilized to save battery. I charged it once per day. Will absolutely use again for my next trip.

Always an easy experience using this service. Faultless connection and unlimited, I use this service for Voice over IP and streaming tv, music etc & never have an issue, I look forward to ordering again in a couple of months when I’m back

We ordered internet for almost 60 days. It usually worked very well. Just in the evening it was sometimes a little slower especially if you wanted to stream something. But other than that I can recommend it

The process couldn't have been easier. The device was waiting at our hotel on the day of our arrival. It was much more reasonable to rent the portable wifi than to both be charged $10 per day for the international plan. Return was simple as well. We will definitely use this company again.

This is a fantastic service, is was so easy to order, we were sent the email once it was ready for collection. set-up easy, worked really well. We were on holidays in Portugal for a month and it was perfect. Returns was so easy they supply the envelope and dropped it in a letterbox in the airport. Will definitely use this company again

Used this Mifi service for 3 weeks. It was awesome, always connected seamlessly. Pickup and drop off a breeze We had up to 6 phones connected and still enough wifi speed for all to use. Would definitely recommend using Portugal Internet.

It was a little tricky to find the post office in the Lisbon airport but got the mobile hotspot and worked perfectly throughout Portugal and all of Spain. Never lost connection in over 1,500 miles covered

Portugal Internet was perfect. Exactly what I needed and 1/2 the price of what my U.S. vendor would have charged. I had a few things to work out and found their customer service exceptional. I always received a response with in a couple of days. I would recommend renting a battery charger. I used it many times and it always brought my hotspot up to speed.

Everything worked perfectly fine! I went to Portugal for a student exchange and realised that my mobile data did not work there. I bought unlimited mobile data for the remaining 5 days and it was the best decision I made that entire trip. The internet was fast and I got exactly what I paid for. No complains here.

I was just on a recent trip to Portugal and when I arrived to the hotel my Portugal Internet WiFi device was waiting for me. Each day the device ended up lasting the whole day without needing to be recharged which was great. Highly recommend this company!

We just got back from a month long adventure in Portugal. We rented the portable wifi box which we absolutely loved!! All four of us were connected and were able to use it for everything without a problem. It is extremely easy to set up/use and very cost efficient. It lasted about 8 hours before needing a recharge (which could be recharged while in the car if needed). We would definitely use it again when travelling and recommend it to those who will be travelling through Portugal. Enjoy!!

It was a very easy process. Picked up and dropped off the hardware at the airport. The WiFi hotspot was reliable and being able to use GPS on our phones while driving gave us more up to date and accurate information. I highly recommned this service.

We ordered a wi-fi hotspot from Portugal Internet for our eight week stay at the Cerro Mar Hotel & SPA, where we have stayed many times over the last few years. It was waiting for us on arrival but we immediately found out that the hotel had installed excellent wi-fi in all their apartments. This could have been an very expensive mistake but Portugal Internet kindly agreed to take the unit back and refund for the unused period. Excellent customer service and delighted!

Will use again - worked throughout Portugal. Small and easy to travel with. Only four stars as the battery on the unit didn’t last as long as a similar device used in Japan - I believe this one was older. Unless you have your own recharger, pay the little extra to have it included in the rental.

I had a little problem, but Miguel handled it well. I reserved a wi-fi device and received assurance it would be at my hotel before I arrived. It arrive 5 days late due to some logistics issue, so I decided to simply return it. Miguel handled my refund promptly. I wished I had been able to have this work, but perhaps next time...

Very good connection in different parts of Portugal and Spain, only one negative point: the battery of the device was providing, lasting the most 4-5 hours, so you have to carry portable battery to recharge device. Otherwise very happy with service by Portugal Internet. Will definitely recommend to use this service.

Portugal Internet was fantastic and a great solution to connectivity while in Europe. We visited Portugal, Spain, and Croatia. Great coverage everywhere. The unit was at the hotel when we arrived and we were able to put it in the post in Croatia as we left. A great service. Highly recommend and we will use them again.

This provider was great. We used it in a very rural part of Portugal (approximately an hour and a bit from Viseu) and the connection was good. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because only 3 of us could be connected at the same time, if a forth person connected their laptop, the connection would fail and be very slow for most of us. I would definitely use this again!! I also had a few questions prior to the rental and the responses were quick and very polite, great customer service.

Fuss-free process for the SIM card. Portable wi-fi device did not arrive on time at the selected pick-up location. Airport pick-up is not available on weekends which is a big inconvenience.

Portugal Internet is a great service. We used it for 19 days and it was flawless. So much better than any GPS we have had with our rental cars. And it was so convenient to have when walking around Lagos, Porto and Lisbon. Pick up and drop off are so easy. Highly recommend.

This was the best money spent on our 2 weeks in Portugal. The device worked perfectly and, when touring, it was nice to know that we could always check on a map when we needed it. The battery lasts all day and easily powered the devices for 5 of us. It fits in your pocket and the delivery and return are so easy. Note if you're returning to Lisbon Airport the post office (CCT) is before security.

I am from Canada and learned thru a FB group I could order and use portable wifi. This was so seamless, I picked it up at the Lisbon post office, basically turn it on and put you the password in your phone. Size is fantastic to travel and charge is about 12 hours. Thanks so much!

This is the best way to travel abroad. It fits in your pocket, great reception, always had a signal. used it for 2 weeks and loved it, I will never go to Europe again without using the pocket wi-fi. Easy to use with multiple devices, downloading data, GPS, emails everything!

Great little gadget that we used for 3 weeks while in Portugal. It was delivered to our hotel so it was there when we arrived and included a self stamped envelope for its return. It came in handy all the time and really came in handy when we were lost and needed google maps , which was often lol! Great service and I highly recommend!

This was amazing Internet Service, it worked everywhere we went in Portugal, even out on the boat, I highly recommend the Portugal Internet. They delivered the device to our hotel, it was very easy to use and stayed charged all day.

This WiFi hotspot worked everywhere on our trip in Portugal. The battery lasted between 8-10 hrs. We always had 2 or 3 devices connected to it with good speeds (about 4Mbs tested). With WiFi calling, we were able to continue to use our US text and phone numbers. My only complaint is the Post Office at Lisbon airport does not open until 9am for device pickup.
